Katie Garces- Resident Nominee: I am submitting my letter of intent to the Stapleton Master Community Association to serve as a District Delegate. My husband and I bought our home and moved to Stapleton in the spring of 2009. We have loved our time in Stapleton and all the wonderful things this community offers. I am in a Colorado native and remember many trips to Stapleton when it was Denver’s airport! My husband and I are both in the medical field and practice at local hospitals. We enjoy all of the wonderful outdoor activities Colorado has to offer including running, biking, hiking, and skiing to name a few. We plan to start and raise our family here and are therefore extremely interested and committed in community events, allocation of finances, and the overall well being and continued success of Stapleton as a community. I would love the chance to serve as a Delegate and would do my best to represent my neighbors and peers in keeping Stapleton Denver’s best community association and neighborhood to live in!

Matthew Schultz – Resident Nominee: I am writing to express my wish to be nominated to serve as the District Delegate for district 6.I’m still greatly interested in being part of the decision making process of my new community.   I just moved into the neighborhood 3 weeks ago with my fiancée Stefanie Huff.  I grew up in Aurora not far from Stapleton.  I have fond memories of picking up my father from the old airport.  I couldn’t have imagined what a beautiful neighborhood would sprout up in such a short time.  I work for a company called Infocrossing as a Project Manager.  My office is in Broomfield, but I work from home often.  We specialize in infrastructure outsourcing (which means we host other companies computers).  I attended the University of Colorado where I received a degree in environmental biology and computer information systems.  I love my family, golf, and the Denver Broncos.
